冷媒R12、R600a对DRB/A32冷冻机油絮凝点的影响

摘    要:文章分析了三种不同馏程、不同组成市售L-DRB/A32全封闭冷冻机油与冷媒R12、R600 a的絮凝点,R12、R600 a对冷冻机油絮凝点的反应不同;切取冷冻机油不同馏程的馏分,讨论了冷冻机油不同馏程、密度、平均分子量、族组成等对其絮凝点的影响,进而得出冷冻机油的絮凝点取决于其组成与测试时所使用的冷媒。

Abstract:The flock points when the interaction happened between the three kinds commercial full-closed refrigerator oils DRB/A32 with different distillation range and composition and R12 or R600a respectively were analyzed.The result indicated that R12 and R600a have different effects on the flock points of the refrigerator oils;By separating the refrigerator oil into different fractions,the effects of refrigerator oils with different distillation range,density,average molecular weight and group composition on the flock point were discussed.It is concluded that the flock point of the refrigerator oil lies on it′s composition and cold intermediary which is used on testing.
