聚α-甲基丙烯酸与铝配合物鞣剂的合成及应用的研究

摘    要:以α -甲基丙烯酸和硝酸铝为原料 ,采用溶液聚合的方法 ,对α -甲基丙烯酸单体进行聚合 ,然后再与铝离子配合 ,生成一种配合物鞣剂。试验中运用正交试验的方法 ,对合成条件进行了优选 ,研究并讨论了单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应时间、稳定剂用量等因素对合成反应的影响 ,从而得出合成聚α-甲基丙烯酸与铝配合物鞣剂的最佳合成条件。

Abstract:By taking acrylic and aluminum as the raw chemicals, the acrylic monomer was polymerized through the way of solution polymerization, then co-ordinated with aluminum to give a complex tanning agent. The way of the orthogonal experiment was taken to optimize the synthetic condition, and at the same time, the effects of factors, such as the monomer concentration, dosage of initiator, reaction time, stabilizer offer, etc, on the synthetic reactions were studied and discussed. As a result, the best synthetic conditions of complex tanning agent of polyacrylic and aluminum were obtained.
