| 摘 要： | 由于人口的增多,环境的恶化,大气污染,交通堵塞等矛盾在大城市中十分突出,解决城市病的最佳方法之一就是大力开发利用地下空间.就哈尔滨市开发城市地下空间的能力、时机、指导思想、发展战略、近期目标以及前景预测进行了阐述.

| Abstract: | Base on the increasing population,all activities of human beings,including the direct and the indirect, destroy our environment, plough land decreasing, atmosphere pollution, traffic jam. Exploiting the underground space is one of the most efficient method to deal with these contradiction. About the capability, the chance, guiding idea, developing tactics, short target and prospect of tapping the underground space are provided. |
