摘    要:结合首套国产化加氢裂化装置的高硫改造,探讨了现有高压换热器在高硫环境下的腐蚀机理与速率,提出了可以继续服役的理论依据,并介绍了高硫改造后的生产情况以及高压换热器的全面检验、器壁保护膜的分析研究等内容.

Abstract:On the basis of technical revamping of China's first domestically manufactured hydrocracking unit to process high-sulfur feed, the corrosion mechanisms and corrosion rate of existing high-pressure heat exchanger in high-sulfur environment were studied and theoretical basis of continuous online service of the heat exchangers was presented. The operation of revamped unit and overall testing and inspection of the high pressure heat exchangers as well as the studies and analysis of protection film of the vessel wall were introduced.
