几何产品平面度认证的线性信息融合方法

摘    要:为了提高新一代GPS标准体系中平面度的评定精度,将线性加权信息融合算法引用到平面度评定中。根据信息融合原理,基于最小二乘法,求出融合结果。可以证明这种信息融合所具有的测量不确定度不大于每一分量的测量不确定度。实例验证,该方法简单易行,符合新一代GPS标准的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of flatness in the standard of next-generation GPS system,this paper uses linearity weighted data fusion algorithm into the flatness in the assessment. According to the principle of integration of information which is based on the least squares,the integration of the results are obtained.
