直流电动钻机经济运行探讨

直流电动钻机经济运行的条件是 ,柴油机在 (或接近 )持续功率的 90 %运行 ;尽量提高电网功率因数 ,降低电流 ,充分利用发电机组的容量 ,减少发电机组使用台数 ,减少电动机和发电机发热 ,提高电磁效率。具体应采取两条措施 ,一是在钻进过程中根据需要选择一定的钻井泵泵压、排量及转盘转速后 ,应尽量选择小尺寸钻井泵缸套 ,使钻井泵在允许的较高冲次下工作 ;二是在起钻过程中 ,根据井下情况 ,选择一定的起钻速度后 ,尽量使绞车在低速挡位工作 ,达到电动机输出低扭矩、高转速之目的。这样 ,绞车、钻井泵润滑情况会更好 ,使设备磨损减少。

Discussion on economical operation of DC drive rigs

The characteristics of the DC drive drilling rig are analyzed, and the condi tions of economical operation of the rig are discussed. To realize economical op eration of the rig, two measures are put forward: (1)in the course of drilling, selecting small-size drill pump cylinder liner to make the pump work at higher pumping speed after rationa l pump pressure and displacement and rotary table speed being decided; (2)in a trip with a proper pulling out speed, making the drawworks run at a lower speed to reduce the torque output of the electric motor.
