摘    要:针对由某热泉分离得到的一株中等嗜热菌,研究了不同温度、元素硫、pH值、初始亚铁和铁离子浓度等条件对该菌的生长速度及其对Fe2+氧化能力的影响,结果表明该菌适宜的生长条件为,温度50℃-55℃、pH1.5,初始Fe2+浓度0.08-0.16mol/L,初始Fe3+浓度0.08-0.16mol/L,此时细菌的生长速度较快,10d后Fe2+的氧化率为87%-99%,该中等嗜热菌对Fe3+的良好氧化能力显示出其在生物浸矿中的应用潜力。

Abstract:A moderate thermophilic bacterium was isolated from a spring,and the influencing factors of the moderate thermophile growth have been studied,such as element sulfur,growth temperature,pH value,the initial concentration of Fe2+ and Fe3+ etc.The experiments results show that the optimum conditions for growth of moderate thermophile are between 50~55℃ of temperature,pH at 1.5,and the initial concentration of Fe2+ and Fe3+ is in the range of 0.08~0.16mol/L,the moderate thermophile grow well and after 10 days the oxidation rate of Fe2+ is 87~99%,The ability of this strain to oxidize iron shows that it has a good prospective in bioleaching.
