摘    要:重点介绍并分析了世界薄板坯、薄带、异形坯和空心管坯连铸的工艺特点、存在的问题及其关键技术。认为薄板坯连铸和异形坯连铸技术近年取得了重大进展,但薄带连铸和空心管坯连铸目前还不够成熟。指出我国在此领域的研究与国外还有较大差距,为了降低成本、提高产品的市场竞争力,应加快研究步伐。

Abstract:The process characteristics, existing problems and key technical know - how of thin slab, strip, shaped blank and hollow billet continuous casting technologies in the world have been introduced and discussed. Although key progresses have been made in thin slab and shaped blank continuous casting technologies in recent years, the continuous casting technologies of strip and hollow tube blank are still under maturity. Compared with the foreign researches in this field, a large gap exists in China. To reduce production cost and enhance competitive power, the study in this field should be strengthened.
