摘    要:汽提塔的浮阀与燃料气预热器管束发生电化学反应,导致换热器内漏,初期少量冷凝液进入换热器管侧,汽化后与燃料气进入一段炉,造成烧嘴燃烧不好,一段炉燃料气用量增加;当内漏量增加时,堵塞管侧,在调节阀处憋压,造成一段炉停车。

Abstract:Electrochemical reaction between the float valve in stripper and fuel gas preheating tubes causes heat exchanger leakage. At the beginning small amount of condensate goes into the heat exchanger tubes, after vaporization, condensed liquid with fuel gas goes into primary reformer causing burner poor burning and fuel gas consumption increasing. So condensate leakage increase may clog the tube side and make pressured at the regulating valve, cause primary reformer shut down.
