炼油厂丙烯中烃类杂质的气相色谱分析

摘    要:采用HP 4890气相色谱仪和FID测定了炼油厂丙烯中的烃类杂质。色谱柱条件为PLOT/Al2O3,进样量50μL,阶梯程序升温,升温速率4℃/min,载气N2。用丙炔校验了该法的准确度,相对误差=0.87%,相对标准偏差=0.065%,能满足丙烯试样分析的要求。

Abstract:The hydrocarbon impurities in refinery proene were analysed by gas chromatogarphy, using HP 4890 gas chromatograph and FID. The column conditions are: PLOT/Al2O3 column, charge-in of sample 50μL, stepwise programmed heating, heating rate 4 ℃/min, carrier gas N2. The accuracty is calibrated by propyne. The results showed that the standard deviation is 0. 065%, relative error=0.87%.
