摘    要:随着风光等新能源的接入,以往的保护策略无法满足现代电网的安全稳定运行的要求。因此,需要一种新的电气量检测方法,检测出现代电网中故障情况下和非故障情况下的电压暂降、电压波动和闪变、电压电流波形畸变的特征,并与保护协调配合,实现现代电网的安全稳定运行。在传统方法的基础上,分析总结了电压暂降、电压波动和闪变、电压电流波形畸变等电能质量方面国内外研究现状,为研究一种能够快速准确检测以上电能质量问题的检测技术提供理论基础。

A Summary of the Electrical Quantity Detection and Analysis in Modern Power Grid

Abstract:With the access of wind power and other new energy, the traditional protection strategy can not meet the req- uirements of the modem grid for safety and stability. Therefore, a new electrical quantity detection method is needed to detect properties of the voltage sag, fluctuation and flickers and distortions of voltage and current waveforms, and coordinate with the protection device. On the basis of traditional methods, this paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of power quality issues including sags, fluctuations and flickers both at home and abroad and provides some theoretical basis for studies on the rapid and accurate detection technology for the above power quality issues.
