基于遗传算法的齿轮泵结构优化设计

摘    要:针对某型飞机上的某型齿轮泵存在体积大、重量大等缺点,为减小其体积和重量,本文建立了齿轮泵结构优化设计的数学模型,并运用一种将交叉算子和变异算子作改进的遗传算法求解模型的最优解。最后以该型齿轮泵为对象进行仿真,结果表明改进的遗传算法较大幅度地减小了齿轮泵的体积,达到了较好的设计目标。

Abstract:Considering the large capacity and weight of so me type gear pump,a structure optimum design model of Gear Pump was presented,whic h adopts the improved Genetic Algorithms as the optimization tool.Then,some type gear pump in some type aircraft was selected as the optimization object and cor responding math model was minutely introduced.Numerical simulations results show that the capacity of the gear pump is greatly decreased based on the improved G enteic Algorithms.
