五宝场气田三甘醇脱水装置优化分析

摘    要:针对常用三甘醇脱水工艺存在“计量泵的出口压力和流量波动较大,泵流量调节不便,换热效果差,甘醇再生热负荷大”的不足,五宝场气田三甘醇脱水装置采用先进的齿轮泵和高效的波纹板式换热器,取消了泵出口缓冲罐、甘醇贫液水冷却器及循环水系统。为此,论述了该气田三甘醇脱水装置工艺流程及设计特点,探讨了现有三甘醇脱水装置中甘醇泵和甘醇贫富液换热器存在的问题,分析了装置的优化设计。该装置的成功运行表明:与同类常规三甘醇脱水装置相比,采用先进的齿轮泵和高效的波纹板式换热器,三甘醇脱水装置的再生塔重沸器热负荷降低了54 kW,燃料气用量减少了8 m3/h,其单位综合能耗降低了72 MJ/104 m3,节能效果明显。

Abstract:According to some deficiencies existed in the commonly-used triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration unit, such as unstable outlet pressure and flow rate of the plunger-type metering pump, difficult regulation of the pump flow rate, bad effect of heat exchange, a big load of the regenerative heat of glycol, the TEG dehydration unit in the Wubaochang gas field adopted the advanced gear pump and efficient plate heat exchanger, and unemployed the outlet buffer tank, lean glycol water cooler and water circulating system. Then its process and design features were introduced in details, and the optimal design of this unit was analyzed through discussion on the problems existing in glycol pump and rich/lean glycol liquid heat exchanger of present TEG dehydration units. Compared to the conventional TEG dehydration units, the reboiler heat load of this unit reduces 54 kW, and fuel gas consumption decreases by 8 m~3/h, its unit comprehensive energy consumption declines by 72 MJ/10~4m~3. The successful operation of this dehydration unit shows that the advanced gear pump and efficient plate heat exchanger can be promoted and applied in other TEG dehydration units.
