沙漠油田制氮装置的开发与应用

为了解决油田常规排液方法速度慢、深度浅及安全性差等问题 ,由吐哈油田提出设计思想并委托美国ZWICK公司设计制造了 5 0 0NGU5—TL2E制氮装置。该装置采用先进的分离膜技术 ,直接从空气中分离制取氮气。装置由牵引卡车、空气压缩机、空气净化器、热交换器、氮气分离系统、氮气增压系统、PLC控制系统等组成。装置适应在 - 4 0～ 5 0℃范围内炎热的风沙气候环境运行 ,输出氮气排量 14 16m3/min ,最高工作压力 35MPa ,出口氮气纯度 >95 %。1994～ 1999年 10 2 3井次的现场作业应用证明 ,这种制氮装置结构紧凑 ,采用拖载式移运 ,机动灵活 ,可实现复杂地貌单机独立作业 ,主要用于油田氮气气举排液、氮气垫测试、氮气射孔、氮气隔离置换等施工。

Development and application of nitrogen generation unit for desert oil fields

To solve the problems with conventional well fluid lifting, Model 500NGUS-TLZE nitrogen generation unit is developed. The unit adopts advanced membrane separation technique to separate nitrogen from air. It is comprised of tfaction truck, air compressor, air purifief, heat exchanger, nitrogen separation system, nitrogenboost system and PLC control system, and can be used in sandy and windy environment at -40-50℃. The output rate of nitrogen is 14.16m 3/min; maximal working pressure is 35MPa; the purity of outlet nitrogen is more than 95%. Field use proves that the nitrogen generation unit is compact in strUcture and flexible in transportation, and is suitable for independent operation on oilfield sites with complicated landforms. The unit can be used for nitrogen lifting of well fluids, nitrogen cushion test, nitrogen perforation and nitrogen isolation replacement.
