摘    要:可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是一种广泛应用于工业环境的新型数字运算操作的电子装置。本生产线控制系统采取了集散式控制结构,将每个工位分散一台PLC,单独对该工位的所有设备进行控制。该文就整个生产线控制系统的控制系统硬件模块和软件模块相关技术进行分析。

Abstract:Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a digital operational electronic device which is widely used in industrial environment. The production line control system adopt Distributed Control System (DCS) structure, which distributes one PLC to one work-place, meanwhile a main-control PC controls all the .production's actions by Ethemet network as a whole. This paper presented the hardware design and software design of this system.
