| 摘 要： | 结合工程实践,对民用建筑工程设计部分专业现状进行分析,涉及到跨行业、跨行政隶属关系的设计系统的管理问题,提出"社会综合管理概念"建立必要的行政法规,补充设计行政管理细则,对改善民用建筑工程设计质量将会起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | Based on our recently-accomplished projects,it is discussed that some key issues in civil construction design system with multi-business and inter-management relationships and put forward the concept of "social integrated administration" to solve the complex administrative problems,in which both establishing essential administrative law and developing regulation details are necessary to improve the quality of civil construction design. |
