| 摘 要： | 基于服役期的动态可靠性，对服役厂房的维修加固策略进行了新的探讨，考虑了维修加固效益和维修加固后续服役期的经济影响，提出了维修加固度的概念，得到了以动态可靠性为约束，以维修加固费用和失效损失之和为目标函数的决策模式，其方法和结果对建筑结构的设计、管理和研究具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The strategy on repair and reinforcement of existing industry building based on time varying reliability analyzed in the paper . Considering the benefits of repair and the long term effect after repair and reinforcement, using the sum of the failure loss and repair cost as the object function, a decision model is put forward. The method and results can be used for designer, capital construction manager, and researcher reference. |
