摘    要:本文对影响大直径薄壁筒错距旋压件质量的工艺参数进行了分析,运用优化设计理论对主要工艺参数进行了优化计算,用修正的优化计算结果对LY12大直径薄壁筒进行了错距旋压工艺实验,得到了较好的结果。

Abstract:In this pater, the technical parameters affecting the quality of stagger spinning parts of LY12 tube with big--diameter and thin--wall are analyzed. The main parameters are computed by optimization design theory. On this basis, the test are made with modified optimum calculation results, and the satisfying results are obtained.
