管材无模拉伸速度场及壁厚变化研究

摘    要:本文分析了管材无模拉伸时速度场,并对管材无模拉伸时壁厚变化规律进行了理论研究,提出了管材无模拉伸时壁厚变化与拉伸后管材内径、外径以及断面减缩率之间的关系。通过实验研究证明,管材拉伸后壁厚理论计算值与实际值非常接近,误差小于6%。

Abstract:n this paper, we have had a thevretical study on velocity field andvariation of wall thickness during tube dieless drawing. It has been put forward that the variation of wall thickness has velation to outerdiameter, inter-diameter,and reduction of tube area during dieless drawing.It has been proved true by experiment that the theoretical calculating result of wall thickness during dieless drawing is very approximate tothe result of experiment.
