摘    要:本文将离散Kirchhoff理论(DKT)平板弯曲和薄膜单元的组合模型引入弹塑性有限变形的虚功率增率型原理,采用库仑摩擦定律,建立了适于具有明显弯曲效应的高效率的板料成形有限元数学模型。在此基础上模拟了方盒拉深成形过程,并与实验结果进行了比较,证明了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, a mixed element model of membrane and plate--shell with Coulomb friction law based on the discrete Kirchhoff theory (DKT) is introduced into the virtual power rate principle of elastic plastic finite deformation, and an efficient finite element model of sheet metal forming suitable for being strong bending effect is proposed. On the basis of the element model, the deep--drawing processes with square punch is numerically simulated, which is compared with experimental ones in order to examine the validity of the element model.
