陶瓷纤维增强摩擦材料的制备与研究

摘    要:采用热压成型工艺制备出陶瓷纤维增强酚醛树脂基摩擦材料,分析了陶瓷纤维含量对材料的抗热衰退性能、耐磨性能和机械性能的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜观察了摩擦材料的磨损表面形貌,并分析了其磨损机制.研究表明:添加陶瓷纤维能够显著提高摩擦系数,改善机械性能;但是用量太多.试样的高温摩擦稳定性和机械性能都会下降.试验发现,纤维质量百分含量为10%的样品,综合性能最好;在低温阶段磨损机制主要表现为磨粒磨损,而在高温阶段则为热疲劳磨损.

Abstract:Ceramic fiber reinforced phenolic resin based friction materials were prepared.The effects of ceramic fiber content on heat fading resistance,wear rate and mechanical properties of friction materials were studied.Morphologies of wear surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the wear mechanism was also analyzed.The important results from these studies were summarized as follows:the friction coefficient and mechanical properties of friction materials were improved remarkably by adding cerami...
