摘    要:针对密齿端面铣刀夹紧空间小的特点,设计制造了新型夹紧机构—半压块夹紧机构。该机构充分利用了楔块夹紧的优点,克服了楔块夹紧占用空间大,不适合密齿铣刀夹紧的缺点。其设计新颖、夹紧可靠、操作方便,特别适用于密齿端铣刀夹紧。

Abstract:this paper is base on the character of small room of clamping stru cture.we design a new clamping structure half plane clamping.structure,This se t make full uses of the dvantage of the half piane clamping,conquers the disad vantage of taking up big room and not suit to be tightehed of haif plane clamp ing.This novel design has the character of credible Tightening easily operating, especially apply to be tightened by dense gear miller.
