菊科药用植物系统聚类分析

摘    要:用计算机分析软件,以样品微量元素含量作为以参数,对云南27种菊科药用植物进行系统聚类分析。结果表明,当以欧氏距离2.774为阀值时,具有不同元素含量最大值的臭灵丹,叶下花,下延兔耳风各成一类,其余植物各元素含量在相同级分上时,被聚为一类。

Abstract:According to the trace elemental contents, 27 species of medicinal plants in compositae were clustered by cluster analysis program. When Euclid distance of 2 774 is regarded as valve value, Laggera alata, Ainsliaea pertyoides and Ainsliaea walkeri are clustered into different categories, which show maximum values on different trace elemental contents. The others are clustered into one category, their elemental contents are situated in same level. In the extractions, Ainsliaea walkeri, Ainsliaea pertyoides, Aster oreophilus,Taraxacum mongolicum and Vernonia esculenta are clustered into different categories, when Euclid distance of 2 470 regarded as valve value. Their contents of different trace elements show maximum values. Other extractions are clustered into one category with small diffences on Euclid distances.
