| 摘 要： | 通过对大都市人口郊区化的动力机制和人口郊区化对住区开发建设影响的分析,借鉴英国的新城建设、美国的边缘城市及新城市主义和巴黎新城开发的经验和教训,探讨我国大都市郊区住区的开发模式,并提出了适于我国大都市郊区的“中心网络型”住区开发模式。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the driving mechanism of the population suburbanization in me-tropolis and its effect on the residence development,this paper discusses the suburban residence develop-ment pattern of the metropolis in China and suggests that the“central network”pattern is applicable by referring to the experiences of the new town con-struction in Britain,the edge city and new urbanism of USA,and the new town development of Paris. |
