摘    要:分析了倾斜热管内加固体粉末对沸腾换热过程的影响,并进行了系统的实验研究。实验控制加热段热流密度q=0.7~3.2W/cm2,操作温度t=75~150℃,热管倾角θ=5°~90°。结果表明,加固体粉末后能有效减小管壁上、下侧温差,在实验范围内强化沸腾的传热系数可提高30%~68%。

Abstract:The effects of solid powder on the boiling heat transfer performance in a slope heat pipe were analyzed and the experimental study was systemically performed. Experiment the heat flux ranged from 0.7 to 3.2W/cm~2, working temperature from 75 to 150 and inclination angle from 5 to 90. Results show that the temperature difference between the upper and lower walls is decreased and the mean boiling heat transfer coefficient is increased by 30%~68% when the solid powder is used within the evaporation section of the heat pipe.
