摘    要:为解决KDN-08A凯氏定氮仪不适于硬水和缺水地区使用的问题,将其冷却水和蒸发器给水管路改为去离子水循环系统。改进后工作3h水垢集结量仅为改进前的1/497,节水140余倍,有效地解决了水资源浪费和水垢堵塞管道的问题,且检测准确度与原定氮仪无明显差异。

Abstract:KDN-08A Kjeldahl nitrogen apparatus can not be used properly in hard water and water shortage areas because of pipeline blockage and water waste.In order to solve this problem,the feedwater line of the cooling system and the evaporator was transformed into a deionized water recycling system.The dirt accumulated after the improved apparatus worked for 3 hours was only 1/497 of the dirt accumulated before the apparatus was improved,and more than 140 times water was saved.Thus the problems of pipeline blockage and water waste were solved effectively.The accuracy of the improved apparatus has no obvious difference with that of the original one.
