顶空气相色谱法测定医疗器械成品库空气中的环氧乙烷

摘    要:建立了医疗器械成品库空气中环氧乙烷浓度的顶空气相色谱测定方法。空气样品用纯水吸收,用HP-5毛细管柱(30m×250um,0.25um)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。在本法的测定条件下,环氧乙烷在0~15.768ug/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9992,相对标准偏差RSD〈2.1%,最低检出限1ug/mL。本方法可满足医疗器械成品库空气中环氧乙烷浓度检测的要求。

Abstract:A method of headspace gas chromatography was established for determining the residual ethylene oxide in the air of the medical equipment finished goods warehouse. The air samples were absorbed in pure water, and separated on an HP-5 fused silica capillary column (30m× 250um, 0.25um) with FID for detection. The method showed good linearity in the range of 0-15. 768 ug/mL with RSD〈2.1%. The detection limit was 1ug/mL. The method can meet the requirement for the determination of ethylene oxide in the air of medical equipment finished goods warehouse.
