| 摘 要： | 应用透射电镜（TEM）观察到正常的普通小麦根端分生组织细胞核中存在着有别于核膜、核仁和染色质的核内包涵体结构,有管状、结晶状、纤维网络状和螺旋状四种,后两种是新发现类型。最后根据核内包涵体的结构和分布特点提出了其可能存在的新的功能。

| Abstract: | It has been observed by transmission electron microscope（TEM） that in the root-tip meristematic cell nuclei of common wheat,there exist structures（intranuclear inclusions） that are different from nuclear membrane,nucleolus and chromation.The inclusions have four types： tubular,crystalline,fibrous-network and spiral types.The last two types are newly dicovered ones.The possible new functions of the intranuclear inclusions are inferred according to their structure and distribution characteristics. |
