摘    要:采用高效液相(HPLC)法测定杭白菊中绿原酸的含量,并通过响应面分析对其超声提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳工艺为16倍量60%乙醇超声提取4次、28min/次,提取率为3.01mg/mL。

Abstract:response surface method(RSM) HPLC was used to determine the content and optimize the extraction technology. The result of the experiment showed the optimum extraction condition as follow: 16 times of 60% alcohol, extraction 4 times, extraction time 28 minutes each time. The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid under this condition was 3.01mg/mL.
