高效导向筛板在PVC高沸塔、低沸塔中的应用

摘    要:介绍了高效导向筛板的原理及其特点。高效导向筛板具有生产能力大、分离效率高、塔压降低、造价低廉、拆装方便等特点,尤其是抗自聚能力强,有效地防止了高沸塔、低沸塔精馏过程中氯乙烯单体的自聚、堵塔等情况,从而避免了被迫停车和清洗。将其应用在10万、13万、26万t/a PVC高沸塔、低沸塔装置中,达到了投资少、见效快、效益高的目的;在检测氯乙烯单体质量时,低沸物杂质检不出,高沸物杂质的质量分数仅为(0~3)×10-6。开车后塔压降小,仅为20~25 kPa。与传统塔设备相比,经济效益达200万元/a。

Abstract:The principle and characteristics of high efficiency guide sieve plate were introduced.The high efficiency guide sieve plate had characteristics of large production capacity,high separation efficiency,low tower pressure,low cost,and convenient dissembling and installation,especially its high anti-self-polymerization ability could effectively prevent the self-polymerization of VCM and the block up of tower during rectification in high-and low-boiler rectifying towers,and thus the obliged shut down and cleaning were avoided.The application of high efficiency guide sieve plates to the high-and low-boiler rectifying towers for the production of 100 kt/a,130 kt/a and 260 kt/a PVC could achieve the aims of low investment,quick returns and high benefit.The low-boliers couldn't be detected in VCM,and the contents of high-boliers were only 0~3 ppm.The pressure drop of the tower during operation was as small as 20~25 kPa.Compared with traditional tower equipment,this tower could bring economic effects of more than 3 million RMB $.
