| 摘 要： | 电力应急指挥中心是电网企业对自然灾害、事故灾难、社会安全事件、信息安全等重大事故而导致电网生产经营遭受重大影响、大量电网设施受损、大面积停电等严重问题进行综合应急处置的组织、指挥场所。文章介绍了电力应急指挥中心系统结构及功能,对在建设过程中遇到的问题及困难进行了分析探讨,对应急指挥中心的应用及日后完善和发展进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Power emergency command center is an integrated emergency response body for power utilities during natural disasters,power grid accidents,social security events etc.This paper introduces the system configuration and functions of power emergency command center,and analyses the problems and difficulties during the construction process.The application and upgrading scheme of the center are also discussed in the paper. |
