心理契约理论在新升格本科院校师资队伍建设中的应用探讨

摘    要:心理契约是个体和组织对彼此之间相互责任与义务的心理约定。面对师资队伍建设的种种困境,新升格本科院校必须重视心理契约。根据心理契约的动态形成过程模型,新升格本科院校可以从教师招聘、职业生涯管理、机构设置、制度建设、文化塑造等方面构建和维护良好的心理契约。

Abstract:The psychological contract is a psychological agreement between the individual and the organization about responsibilities and obligations.Faced with multifarious difficulties of construction of the faculty,the newly-established universities should attach importance to psychological contract.According to the dynamic model about psychological contract formation process,the newly-established universities may construct and maintain a good psychology contract,through preceptorial recruitment,vocational management,organizational setup,system building,and other aspects of developing organizal culture.
