| 摘 要： | 对梳棉机盖板踵趾差进行了分析探讨，提出了踵趾差的计算方法，并计算出了盖板踵趾差的最佳值；同时对一些棉纺厂常见的盖板踵趾差状况进行了分析讨论，指出要保证纺纱质量，必须定时修复盖板踵趾面，使踵趾差经常处于最佳值。

| Abstract: | The heel and toe difference of flats of carding machine is analyzed.The method of calculating the heel and toe difference is put forward and the optimum value was calculated.The status of heel and toe difference of many cotton mills are discussed,then point out that to ensure the spinning quality,the heel and toe surface should be periodic restored and make sure the heel and toe difference stand in optimum value. |
