摘    要:采用热压工艺合成了单相和复相 C/BAS复合材料。研究了 C/BAS复合材料的氧化行为。结果表明 ,单相 C/BAS复合材料比复相 C/BAS致密 ,这不仅导致单相复合材料的力学性能比复相的高 ,而且导致单相复合材料中纤维的氧化程度不如复相复合材料中的严重。C/BAS复合材料的显微结构由纤维层和非纤维层组成 ,纤维层中基体的致密程度比非纤维层中的低 ,氧化性气体对纤维的氧化是沿着纤维层宽度方向进行的。

Abstract:Single phase and multi phase C/BAS composites were prepared respectively by thermal pressure process,and its oxidation behaviors were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the density of single phase C/BAS composites was higher than that of multi phase C/BAS.Therefore,the mechanical property of single phase composites was higher than that of multi phase composites,and moreover,the oxidation rate of carbon fibers in the latter was much faster than that in the former.The composite was consisted of the matrix layer containing fibers and the matrix layer containing only matrix.The density of the former was lower than that of the latter,and the oxidizing gases diffused along the width direction of the matrix layer containing fibers,which led to the oxidation of carbon fiber.
