乒乓式转子一点接地保护多次动作跳机原因分析

摘    要:某厂俄供发电机组在进行发变组微机保护国产化改造前从未发生转子接地保护跳机动作事故,但改造后陆续发生了三次转子一点接地保护动作跳机事故。对此进行了详细的事故分析,查找事故原因,最终发现了发电机滑环故障、转子一点接地保护设计等方面存在的问题。通过对发电机滑环的处理及对转子一点接地保护程序的修改,有效地避免了发电机转子一点接地保护动作的再次发生。

Abstract:The accident of a Russia-supplied genenerator caused by grounding for generator rotor protection operation to disconnect the generator never occurred before microcomputer-based protection of generator-transformer unit localization innovation.But the accident caused by rotor one point ground protection operation to disconnect the generator occurred three times continuously after innovation.According to this condition,failure analysis is detailed to find failure reasons,at last fault of generator slip ring is found out,and there are faults on design of rotor one point ground protection.Via slip ring disposal and modifying program of rotor one point ground protection,rotor one point ground protection operation again is effectively avoided.
