| 摘 要： | 介绍了俄罗斯内燃机油生产和销售现状、添加剂和基础油生产现状和周转数量、"俄石油产品国家标准";分析了俄罗斯内燃机油规格和检测水平与国际先进水平存在的差距;剖析了俄罗斯内燃机油现有检测标准和发展滞后的原因;分析了俄罗斯润滑油现存的优势和加入WTO后政府对政策调整的积极措施,以及未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the production and sale status of Russian engine oil was introduced, as well as the present production status and flow quantity of additives and base oil. The ＂National Standards of Russian Oil Products＂ was reviewed, Russian engine oil specification and detecting level and the gap compared with other international advanced standards were proved. The reasons why there was lagging development on current testing standards of Russian engine oil were explored. The advantage of Russian engine oil and the positive policy changes made by the government after joining the World Trade Organization （WTO）, as well as the trend in future development were discussed. |
