| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the development of capital market and improve the enterprise′s production efficiency and key competitiveness,the Yanzhou coal mining company mimited purchases the Jining No.3 colliery by the operation of the capital.Through the way it can implement the long-term management tactics,prevent the potential horizontal competition and make company′s achievement steady increase in a long-term.As a result,it will become one of the main companies of coal industry in the world. |
