大型混凝土箱梁全自动液压式内模的设计

摘    要:简要介绍了32 m箱梁全自动液压式内模的结构及工作原理,指出了模板板块连接及刚度存在的问题,结合液压传动的特点,分析内模运动的同步性及液压能力并提出改进意见,使内模经久耐用且立模与脱模迅速、可靠。

Abstract:After brief introduction of the structure and work principle of full-automatic liquid pressing inside mould oaf 32m box beam,the problem of template plate conjunction and its rigid are pointed out.An improvement idea is put forward after analyzing the synchronization of inside mould movement and liquid pressing ability with the characteristics of liquid dynamic,which leads to durable mould as well as quick and reliable signing and taking off mould.
