摘    要:对高速永磁同步电机的电磁设计和机械设计进行了研究.针对高速永磁同步电机的特点,采用简易转子位置检测方法.基于CRPWM,设计了高速永磁同步电机的驱动系统,实现磁场定向矢量控制,并对逆变器的死区效应进行了补偿.实验结果表明:该高速无刷直流电机系统运行可靠,并具有高效率和低转矩脉动的特点.

Abstract:The electromagnetic design and mechanical design are studied in this paper. A novel simple method is used to detect the rotor position of PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) to overcome the limitation of other recent detecting methods. Based on CRPWM (current regulate PWM) , a drive system of a high -speed PMSM is designed. The dead-time effect of the inverter is compensated. Experimental results show that this system is reliable and high - efficiency and has low torque ripple.
