压电双晶片型二维惯性冲击式精密驱动器

摘    要:研制了一种以自由端带有集中质量的悬臂式压电双晶片为驱动单元、具有移动和旋转二自由度的惯性冲击式精密驱动器。对压电双晶片的动态特性进行了有限元法分析和实验测试,提出了定频调压的控制方法,并对该精密驱动器进行了移动和旋转性能测试。测试结果表明:该驱动器具有结构简单、行程大、驱动力强、分辨率高等特点,而且其成本低于传统惯性冲击式驱动器的百分之一。

Abstract:A new precise actuator with 2 degrees of freedom for translational and rotational motions actuated by the impact force of an end-loaded piezoelectric bimorph cantilever was proposed. The dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric bimorph was studied by FEM and experimental measurements. A control system of the actuator based on the fixed-frequency and adjustable-amplitude voltage was tested. The actuator performance on translational and ratational motions were measured. Results show that the proposed actuator is charaterized by simple structure, large travel range, strong driving ability and high positioning resolution. Its cost is estimated only 1% of the traditional impact actuators.
