摘    要:中国石化股份有限公司济南分公司800kt/a重油催化裂化装置气压机凝汽式蒸汽轮机真空度低,导致对反应压力调节及对吸收稳定系统的适应能力差,影响了装置的处理能力。通过分析认为气压机凝汽器取热能力不足是造成真空度低的主要原因。对凝汽系统进行改造后提高了气压机调节能力,并节约了蒸汽和循环水,装置能耗可降低167.5MJ/t。

Abstract:Vacuity of steam condensing turbine for gas compressor was lower in 16 000 b/d RFCC unit of Jinan Company and it caused a poor regulation of reaction pressure and adaptability to absorption stabilization system. Thus process capacity of the unit has been affected. Main cause has been analyzed and it resulted from the inadequate heat removal of the steam condenser in gas compressor. After revamping, gas pressure regulation has been enhanced and the steam and recycle water conserved. Energy consumption of the unit has been reduced by 167.5 MJ/t.
