摘    要:吉化化肥厂7#空压机自运行以来一直存在喘振现象,先后采取了多项处理措施:将冷却水改用循环水和更换中间冷却器、改变冷却水流程、扩大空压机出口管路管径以及更换并扩大中间冷却器集水器气体回流管,最终消除了空压机的喘振现象。

Abstract:Many measures have successively been adopted to eliminate the surge phenomena,which happened from the beginning in the No.7 air compressor of Fertilizer Factory of Jihua(Jilin Chemical Industry Company Limited).The measures include changing the cooling water into circulating form,replacing the intermediate cooler,changing the cooling water flow,increasing the diameter pipe of air compressor output,replacing and enlarging the gas reflux pipe of the water collector in intermediate cooler.The problem of surge has been finally cleared.
