TCS一步法热管纺丝技术的应用及发展前景

摘    要:TCS一步法热管纺丝技术主要是利用热管装置的温度梯度的拉伸作用,对已固化冷却的初生纤维产生更为强烈的、有效和有序的取向及结晶行为,其结晶度更为完善,其生产的成品丝可直接用于织造等后加工。TCS一步法热管纺丝技术的特点和应用效果,拓展了热管纺丝技术在合成纤维工业中的发展前景。

Abstract:The TCS - single spinning technology is adoped by drawing performance of temperature gradient of hot - tube equipment, Which can make the curing and cooling as - spun fibre violently effective and ordered orientation and crystallization. And its crystallinity is more perfect. The finished yarn may be used as fabric manufacturing ect. Characteristic and application of the TCS - single thermal channel spinning technology are discussed in the article. It is carved out that the development prospect of the TCS - single spinning technology in the chemical fiber industry.
