二氧化钛光催化剂负载工艺研究进展

摘    要:介绍了实现纳米T iO2固载化的各种物理方法和化学方法,玻璃、硅胶以及金属等不同载体对纳米T iO2光催化活性的影响。简述了采用的纳米T iO2直接修饰后涂膜、SnO2修饰的纳米T iO2复合溶胶镀膜及纳米T iO2复合电镀成膜三种有效的固载化方法。对其发展前景进行了展望,并指出溶胶法制备复合膜及复合电镀成膜应是很有发展前途的两种方法。

Abstract:The physical and chemical fixation methods of nanometer-sized TiO_2 were introduced.Influences of different supporters,such as glass substrates,silica gels and metals on the photocatalystic activity of TiO_2 were reviewed.Effective fixation methods by direct coating,SnO_2-TiO_2 composite sol-gel coating and composite electrodeposition coating with nanometer-sized TiO_2 modified were introduced.Moreover,their development propects and two hopeful methods of sol-gel and composite electrodeposition were presented.
