| 摘 要： | 根据高炉探尺控制原理,采用了ABBDCS500直流调速系统。介绍其系统组成及各部件性能特点,给出了外围主回路及二次控制回路典型配置。并分析了直流调速装置速度和转矩控制原理,采取软件编程方式,优化其参数,达到精确控制目的。

| Abstract: | As DC speed regulating precise,it used DC speed controlling system on the basis of blast furnace stock rod control principle.The composition and performance of the system were introduced.The typical configuration of the main circuit and the control circuit were listed.The principle of the speed control and the torque control about DC speed regulating device were analyzed.It took soft programming and parameter optimization in order to get a good control. |
