小流域洪水计算及防洪措施

摘    要:小流域洪水具有汇流快、峰量大、预测难度大、破坏性强等特点。白溪小流域为典型的山溪性河流,一旦发生洪水,将对溪河周围的居民产生严重的威胁。对白溪小流域的设计洪水、设计洪水位,以及在不同险情下的临界雨强的分析,可以成为小流域防洪措施的实施的依据,并据此设计洪水位进行堤防等工程措施的建设,根据临界雨强确定流域内的预警范围,建立防灾减灾体系。

Abstract:The flood in small watershed specializes in quick affluxion, high peak value and serious destructive effect. The flood poses a real threat to the inhabitant because of Naixi Watershed, a typiCal mountain river. The design flood, the design flood level and the criti- cal rainfall quantity of Baixi small watershed shuold be taken into consideration in flood control and dyke construction. Precaution system should be set up to give early warning in the certain area according to the critical rainfall amount.
