开放式体系结构的快走丝线切割机床数控系统

摘    要:阐述了开放式体系结构数控系统的特点,指出开发放式数是数控发展的必要趋势,根据数控系统对PC的利用程序,提出了数控系统可分为衍生式、嵌入式和开放式三种模式的观点。以快走丝线切割机床为例,总结出开研制开放式体系结构数控系统的原则和步骤,并阐明了开放式快走丝线切割机床数控系统的分层模型和各层的功能。

Abstract:This article expatiates on the characteristics of the open architecture NC system, pointing out that the open architecture NC system is the tendency of NC development. According to how to use PC, it is put forward that NC system should be classified into three models : derived, inserted and opened. Taking the high speed wire-EDM tool as an example, the rules and the process and study on the open architecture NC system are summarized and its hiberarchy and the functions in every layer are clarified.
