摘    要:以香菇和糯米为主要原料,在糯米酿造中加入香菇提取液,酿制成一种具有香菇的鲜香味且有营养保健作用的香菇糯米酒。

Abstract:Lentinus edodes rice wine is made by using lentinus edodes and rice as the main raw material and putting the extracting liquid of lentinus edodes into rice ,so it has a delicious odour of lentinus edodes and a nutritive and health protection function.
