| 摘 要： | 在简要回顾了已有相关物流服务商选择评价标准和评价方法的基础上，从供应链管理和实际运用的角度，指出了原有研究存在的两方面的缺陷，然后针对缺点融入了新的评价因子，并对原有评价进行了改进，最后以某公司的情况为例，对改进后在实际情况中的具体应用和操作进行了说明．

| Abstract: | Based on a simple review of the evaluation standard and methods in selecting TPL service provider, two drawbacks of the original researches are pointed out from the angles of supply chain and practical application. To cope with the problems, new assessing factors are added to improve the previous model. Finally, application of the improved model is explained through the example of an enterprise. |
