汽车空气滤清器前进气管的雨水分离率计算分析

摘    要:对某国产新型载货汽车的空气滤清器前进气管进行了流场几何建模,并利用流体分析软件Star CD对两相流场进行了数值计算,最终得到了在特定行驶工况下前进气管的雨水分离率为85.81%。同时针对不同的隔栅角度进行了计算,分析了隔栅角度对雨水分离率的影响。结果表明隔栅角取25°~32°为宜。

Abstract:A geometrical model of the front intake pipe of air cleaner for a new domestic truck was presented, and then the numerical computation of two-phase flow using the software Star-CD was performed, and the rain separating rate of the front intake pipe was 85.81% which attained in special running condition. According to the calculations of different fence angles, the influence of fence angle on the rain separating rate was analyzed. The result shows that fence angle ranges between 25°and 32°. The analysis has much effect on the optimized design of intake pipe.
